Refunds and Cancellation

Concept stage

Concepts are free. If you don't like the concept, you owe nothing.

Launch fee ($500)

Paid once you approve your site for launch. If I can't deliver the site we agreed on, you get a full refund. Once your site is live, the launch fee is non-refundable.

Care plan ($50 per month)

Billed monthly. Cancel anytime with no fee, from your billing portal or by contacting me. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and partial months aren't refunded. If you were billed by mistake, contact me within 30 days for a full refund of that charge.

Add-ons

Quoted and agreed before work begins. If an add-on can't be delivered as quoted, its fee is refunded.

How to request

Email jdharmel@iu.edu with your business name. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
